Give the gift of SoundofHymns to a church, organization, choir, or someone who loves hymns. Buy a monthly or annual subscription as a one-time gift and share the activation code with your recipient. No recurring payments or auto renewals.

  2. 2. Get the gift code. It is shown on screen and sent to the email address you give.
  3. 3. Share and activate. The recipient redeems it through their SoundofHymns account to activate their subscription.

Questions about gifts

Can I redeem a gift code if I already have an active subscription?

Yes. If you already have an active SoundofHymns subscription, you can redeem your gift code right away. Your gifted subscription will begin when your current subscription ends, so you won't lose any remaining time. Your subscription's automatic renewal is turned off when you redeem, so you won't be charged while the gift runs.

Does a gift code expire?

Gift codes do not expire before they are redeemed. You can buy a gift in advance and share it with the recipient whenever you're ready. Once redeemed, the subscription stays active for the duration bought.

When does the gifted subscription begin?

On the day the recipient redeems the code, not when the gift is bought - or, if they already have a subscription, when it ends - so the recipient enjoys the full subscription period.

Will the recipient be charged anything?

No. The gift is fully paid for by the buyer. The recipient gives no payment details to redeem the code, and the gifted subscription does not renew automatically.

Does the recipient need an account?

Yes. The recipient needs a SoundofHymns account to redeem their gift. New users can create a free account, while existing users sign in and enter their gift code to activate the subscription.
